Returns Policy

Since we ship perishable products that cannot be restocked or resold, we are unable to accept returns.

We guarantee delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or rerouted to a different address.

 


 

Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our bread and want you to be satisfied with your order. The following situations may be eligible for a refund, credit, or replacement:

Damaged Items (Unrelated to Carrier Issues)
Late Delivery or Mishandling Caused by the Carrier (resulting in damaged or unusable bread)
Missing Items

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us at 📧 hello@southernbreadworks.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and may offer:

  • A replacement shipment

  • A credit toward your next order

  • A partial or full refund

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies only to first orders.

 


 

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is billed through your account portal.

  • If you cancel after billing but before delivery, your cancellation will apply to the next scheduled billing date—not the current order.

 


 

Non-Refundable Situations

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided (If the package is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect entry at checkout)
Refusal of Delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions
Late Delivery Due to Incorrect Shipping Address
Failure to Retrieve Your Order on the Delivery Date (resulting in damaged or unusable bread)

⚠️ Shipping Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is up to date before your order is billed. Address updates must be made in your customer account portal before the next billing date.

 


 

Reshipping Policy

If an order was not retrieved on the delivery date or was shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout, customers may request a replacement shipment at full cost, including shipping fees. We do not offer discounted reshipping in these cases.

If the issue was caused by a carrier delay or mishandling, we will work with the carrier to determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
