Southern Breadworks operates exclusively on a subscription basis. All bread products are available through a recurring subscription plan.

SECTION 6 - SUBSCRIPTION BILLING, CANCELLATION & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By purchasing a subscription product from Southern Breadworks, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Automatic Renewal & Billing:

    • When you purchase a subscription box, you will be billed automatically on a recurring basis based on your selected subscription tier.

    • Your subscription will continue indefinitely unless canceled.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle by logging into your account at southernbreadworks.com or by contacting us at hello@southernbreadworks.com.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  3. Failed Payments:

    • If your payment method is declined, we will notify you and attempt to reprocess the charge.

    • If payment is not received within 7 days, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

  4. Price Changes & Subscription Modifications:

    • We reserve the right to adjust pricing or make modifications to subscription plans. If we make changes, we will notify you via email at least 10 days before your next billing cycle.

 

 

SECTION 7 - FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Southern Breadworks, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues caused by consuming our products. Customers with food allergies should carefully review ingredient lists before purchasing. Our products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle common allergens, including wheat, dairy, nuts, and eggs.
